Office Hours
From time to time, our guests wish to inquire about a particular aspect of the resort. Our office hours and contact information is as follows: Our office hours are from 7 am to 11 pm daily. If you have an emergency when the office is not open, we have listed the following numbers for you to call:
Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical (leaks and outages; normal maintenance available during regular office hours.)
For Resort emergencies such as a stopped up toilet or uncontrollable water leaks from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am call: 9-334-7788. Any other time dial 0.
