Each unit is air-conditioned
and has a whirlpool tub, cable television, and a partial kitchen with
full size appliances which include a 4 burner stove top, but no conventional
oven, however there is a microwave oven. Each building has stairs and
pay per use laundry facilities.

units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR
units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
No pets allowed.
A US$50 security deposit is required at check in. To fully enjoy
the area, a car is recommended. Area shows are open March - Jan

property. Smoking is discouraged inside of the units. Must be
